Supplier's orders. 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello to all,

I'm Italian, sorry for my bad English.

you can know what is "suppliers orders"?

is an order that I make to my supplier? to get his goods? Or it is an order, such as those which I make to customers, in the sense that the supplier buys from me?

And because this type of orders (suppliers orders) are not present in the individual product page?

Thanks for the clarification.

Hi,

Commercial proposals: these are the quotes that you generate and send to your clients

Customer's orders: these are records of the orders you receive from your clients

Supplier's orders: you are right, these are the orders that you generate and send to your suppliers for purchasing their goods

What do you mean by "And because this type of orders (suppliers orders) are not present in the individual product page?" ??

A third party is else a customer or a supplier, it can happen for a third party to be both a customer and a supplier, you have to set up the right values in each third parties card for being able to see the third party in the customer list or supplier list or both lists.

Hope this helps,

Rgds.

Thank you,

I had got it right.

The thing that I have not explained well first is this:

if I open an order to the supplier (that I have to BUY goods by him), because I do not appear in the product page order as it appears open orders to customers?

I might add the order to the supplier still open one of the products that I have in the store, because I buy it from him.

It is clear now?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

ok, I think that I get your meaning...

In each product, you have to fill the information in the 'suppliers prices' tab (click onto 'Add supplier price' then fill in the data), afterwards you'll get your product to appear in the list for making your supplier order.
