Dolibarr erased all records from 16/12/2015 until

Hello,

Last friday we had a really bizar problem, all records from 16/12/2015 untill know have been deleted out of the database.

My question is, is there a limited number of records for the dolibarr ? Does anyone has encountered sch a problem before ?

Dolibarr itself has neither “Mass Delete” (nor “Mass Edit”).

So it must have happened from within your database (Server error, XSS attack, stolen paasword etc.)

Are you using mySQL or Postgres?

If mySQL then use phpMyAdmin to check & repair your database.

Anyway: You do have backups - don’t you?

Thank you for the information.

I have mySQL.

I have weekly backups so the data loss isn’t that big but I want to know what caused the problem. So now I know that Dolibarr itself didn’t cause the problem.
