I've been using Dolibarr for a couple of days now and I'm wondering why there are limitations in respect to the multi currency support.
My main currency is RON, I also have one EUR bank account and one PayPal account in EUR.
1. When adding a transaction to the PayPal account the currency that is displayed is not EUR as it's supposed to be, but RON.
2. On the accounts overview page the total balance mixes RON and EUR alike and it reads a total amount that is comprised of absolute numeric values disregarding the currency, ex. if one RON accounts holds 100 RON and an EUR account holds 50 EUR, the total reported balance is 150 (?!?! doesn't say what).

Does anyone has any idea if is there any workaround to split the accounts with different currencies and be able to see a RON balance and an EUR balance?

Hi man, so far Dolibarr just doeasn't handle multi currency ! Perhaps you should have red the features list more carefully before installation ! Many of us are waiting for multi currency supprot... hopefully something will come in one of the next versions, let's be patient.

It's not a major issue and I didn't had the time to go through the feature list as I was more like trying different solutions and pick one up from the crowd.
I will just stick with Dolibarr despite this minor inconvenience.
