Odd situation:
Say you try to make a transference from a bank account to a cash account,even it's no allowed and you get "cash accounts accept only cash money" error, a reccord is added to one side of transaction and has no reflect in the other side. this could be potetialy harmfull to accountancy...
If it's not allowed it shouldn't be any transaction add on llx-bank table...

Which version of Dolibarr ?
I can't reproduce. Do you speak about feature into menu "Bank - Bank transfert" ?

No, if you choose the right type of account it works ok) just in case you make a mistake choosing wrong account type in destination or origin account, you'll get the error (and the advice: "cash account accepts only....") but transaction is added anyway( it shouldn't do this) at one side (origin I think)
I'll try on demo and repport back here
my dolibarr version is 3.2.2 but i've seen it before
