Option to Prevent Negative inventory function

In Mostly cases, Negative inventory is not required, so in products there should be a option to prevent Negative or virtual inventory.

You can disable negative stock by doing the following:
Go to:
Home -> Setup -> Other setup
In the name field copy the following: STOCK_ALLOW_NEGATIVE_TRANSFER
In value field type: 0
Click on add button

In my experience some companies do require negative stocks!

I prefer negative stocks, it shows me products given to customers before I have had time to input the supplier order/invoice.
