we are using the script for about 6 years now and since we have more and we are really happy with it. In the last 2 years our customers become more flexible and started to order items that are currently out of stock. They are willing to wait some time to be delivered but in exchange to that we are giving them some discount as a compensation. To follow that demand we are using a commercial proposals that Dolibarr offer as an option. And here is the thing that we’d like to propose: in order to follow the requests easier there may be a new function that will allows you to see what is requested but it is not ordered and it is our of stock. Something like MRP in a production side. A similar function is implemented already - the automated replenishment but this one will go across all customers request that are not filled in yet.
I think this is something that will be much better then a current situation regarding following the requests. I believe it will be used not only by us and the function we are looking for but also from the rest of the users.
