I need to know in which format(excel, word,…) and how i can import and export data to or from dolibarr? Please if any of you know about it let me know also.

You can check this page from the wiki for import… http://wiki.dolibarr.org/index.php/Module_Imports_En , I assume you may find some information as well on the wiki about export.
Please take a look and try, come back with more details if you cannot manage to make what you need to.
