I am a member of a startup company located in the USA. Is there already an accounting setup for the US existing? If not, is there a more detailed description about how to do it, as the one in the wiki.dolibarr.org user documentation?

What kind of operations are you trying to perform?
I have been running Dolibarr in the United States for a few years now, and it works very well. I have found there is very little to adapt.
The only major modification we had to make was setting up sales tax (see: www.dolibarr.org/t/vat-to-sales-tax/6710/1 It is very simple and only takes a few minutes to complete.
I am working on some training content right now regarding how we specifically use Dolibarr in the United States, I am hoping to create more of a following in the North American region in general.
