Can anyone assist please, we have a dolibarr 7.0.1 installation and when we create third parties (prospects, customers and suppliers) nothing happens. No error or anything like that, it just goes back to the initial text box of the name of the third party you just inserted. Any ideas or any one experienced this before and can help?

On further investigation we found that when classifying the third party as “Nor prospect, nor customer” the third party is created but obviously this does not help as we’re trying to create customers and suppliers.
Please help.
