If you mean the default point of sale module then no. It connects as a ‘terminal’ to your dolibarr instance.
So in theory you could visit that link directly without going into dolibarr - I think.
I never tried it that way, I found the module too old fashioned for doing business (too slow, too many clicks, not business pos friendly)
To connect to you eccomerce shopping cart website, you would need an external module as a connector. Look into Dolistore to see if one is available for whichever platform you are using.
