How to sync email folder repository?

Hello,
How can we setup a configuration to synchronize emails that was sent from Dolibarr and after that appeared in the sent folder of the same user email repository? How can I do that?

I attached a screen with information about this from the website, but I find nothing else.

There is no working “sync” as of today.

Thank you, Peter, but this is not a resolution in our case. Here we have multiple users with email accounts, but non ot them can receive a hidden copy of all communication. I am wondering how Dolibarr sent emails through the same smtp and no emails has landed in the Sent folder? I looked in the header info that comes with every email, but did not find anything unusual.

The result is 5.9/10. I cheked this page when we setup the smtp communication. I only found this: f you need to have each user to use a different SMTP login account or a different SMTP server, you might be interested into the module MULTISMTP: https://www.dolistore.com/en/moduliplugin/458-MultiSMTP.html

I think this was retired and is not compatible with the current version of Dolibarr.

Again: When you use the “catchall” approach recommended earlier, you can filter & archive any email sent by a user, thru the general SMTP account, to a “user-folder”. Because the “catchall” account is (can be made) accessible by the admin only, you always have control of the email traffic of your company.

I found this https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/issues/5587 and a comment “Dolibarr 6.0.2, sent mails are not showing in user’s IMAP folder but in earlier version the same feature was available.” From 2 year ago.
