I’ve just finished installing this wonderful ERP. I wonder that is there a module or a way to have centralized logs for all business events such as create a new user, create a new invoice?

Hi.
There is a Log module, sends all info to a file, you can use that file and parse.
You have enable Log module.
File goes to …/documents/dolibarr.log
