ODT template

Hello, i trying to make my own .odt templates for invoices, proforma invoices, offer requests etc…
but i need the following data:

  1. Supplier’s reference code for products. is usefull for price request from our suppliers. how can i show this data in my template?
  2. Delivery date in my invoices/proforma
  3. Validity date in my invoices/proforma
  4. Shipping method in my invoices/proforma
  5. Incoterms in my invoices/proforma
  6. my warehouse address location

i need these for .ODT templates only.
