User Permissions - Invalidating completed Invoices

Using my Dolibarr

Hello,
I installed dolibarr 9.03.
before I had an older version on another server. I think it was 6.08. in the version I could prevent the users from invalidating the completed invoices. in 9.03 this possibility is missing.
Is there a setting in Dolibarr that I missed?
I added a screenshot of dolibarr 6.08.

… and that is the screenshot of my Dolibarr 9.0.3 installation.
This is a new installation. I do not know if updates to old versions are different. And from when this premission was taken out or which module must be kativ to vote for this premission …
