Credit Memo without Invoice

Hi team,
Does any1 knows how to make credit invoice / memo without relating to invoice?

We would like to create credit invoice/memo for our agents as commission end of month. But it should not be related to any invoice as what we have in invoice module currently.

Any Ideas?

Yes you can create credit note directly from a third-party. Open the particular third party (customer) and under customer tab you will see create invoice/credit note
