Connect MySQL Workbench with Dolibarr Database

Hello at everyone,

i downloaded the MySQL Worckbench (https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/file/?id=488055) to connect it to the database of dolibarr.

To get the Access to the database i configured a new Connection with the MySQL Workbench (see Picture 1).

But every time i get the errormessage shown in Picture 2.

I tried many different possibilities for the “Hostname” and “User” but Nothing was successfull.

What am i doing wrong? Maybe somebody can help me.

we need more details to help you! What is your Dolibarr installed on? (Windows, Linux?)
You have it installed manually? With Doliwamp? A Linux package?

You can find the database info (user and password) in /conf/conf.php

The host will be wherever you installed dolibarr - the IP address should work
