Hey all,
Now that I have QR Code support in the new Ticket module I have started writing the Freshdesk migration script to get our thousands of tickets and customers into Dolibarr.
Was wondering if there was anyone at Dolibarr willing to answer a few questions regarding the internal structuring of Dolibarr to help get this working correctly.
Once done I will be releasing it to the community to help others move to Dolibarr.
