Dolibarr & Opencart

Good evening, I wanted to ask a few things:

1. Has anyone connected the dolibarr with opencart and generally if possible.
2. I am interested in an ERP linked to e my shop and informs the stock. Essentially I want it for warehouse management. It can be online and updated inventories if sales made in e-shop and retail store;
3. Also can connect 2 e-shop on him; One is in Greek and the other in English.
4. Dolibarr there in Greek, right?

Not totaly clear what is connected. Video shows invoice connection, but it is unclear to me if products are synced.
Also not clear if stock value is synced.
Price btw is > 1000 Euro (at the moment of writting.

I looked at http://tiaris.biz/dolicart-saas-dolibarr-opencart and they are selling a hosting solution, not a module. They want to host your Dolibarr for you (up to 3 users) and then charge you more as you add more users. No thanks.
