6.0.3 Install: Stuck in Step 1

Installing my Dolibarr

Hi
Trying to install a fresh 6.0.3
I cannot pass the step 1, the installer is unable to create the database I want, here is the message I got:

Save values …/conf/conf.php : green check
Reload all information from configuration file. : green check
Failed to create database ‘ff’.

Any input on what can prevent the database to be created?

I think I had similar issue but my database was on azure and thought permission issues.
Workaround:
create database first ( seperatly) then can use this database to install.

Solved, was provided wrong server credentials.
