i have to work wiht products and sub products in my SW, and at the same time mine sub products must have a description of each other.
do you know how i can have this kind of configuration and how to manage it?

Did you try to use Variants for it?
What do you mean variants?
in Dolibar version 7 you can create variants for your product e.g. size, colour, quantity, etc. you can find it in product cart under Variants tab
I have 2 variants for some of my products.
My main product have a reference P0037 and as you can see on the attached picture my variants have P0037_MILKY and P0037_TRANSPARENT.
Is that what you want to archive in your case?

i dont have this item on my APP.
At the same time what i mean is something like that:
-Product A
that have including : Sub Product A / B / C
What it mean that when i prepare an offer or an invoice of this main product all of sub products that i choose should appear too.
Could you help me with that?
I’m not sure but this may help you Related products but best would be to contact the developer and ask if his module will be suitable for your needs.

May I know whether you have sorted it out ? Are you able to print the subproducts list in the quote or invoice or shipment sheet ?
