I am unable to attach a picture to the user(jpeg, png) anybody knows what is the problem? why I am not able to upload pictures to users?

hello i have the same problem on one of my v10 instances, not on the other; php-gd seems to be ok but no images (and no errors in the log)
Same thing happened with me no errors in the log file. Did you found some solution why this is happening??
