When I’m trying to create a new record in the module that I have created using the link provided in ‘PHP page to create/edit/view a record’, it shows that the table does not exist.
And when I try to open the PHP page for the list of record it gives an error as displayed in the following screenshot

Is the pre fix right?
I see dolibarr.llx.name and llx.name
