In the “other settings” is on the whole a link event.
If you click on a line to change a value, for example, a link to the manual page on wiki.dolibarr.org “setup others” will be provided.
I assume that this is not intended. Changing or creating new entries is only possible in a complicated way.
That was a bug in German translation file. It’s been reported on github and I think it’s fixed now.
