Error 500 when I click add a product line to an or

Hello and thank you in advance for the help!
When I click to the add button to add a product line to an order I recieve an error 500. I really don’t know how to solve it.
Attached you find the log file for this activities.

When you have an error 500, the only way to find why is to look into the apache error.log file.
On a common linux installation, it is in /var/log/apache2/error.log
Can you have a look or ask you hosting provider to have a look at it just after the error occurs ?
