3party Contact can Send mail from different user.

I notes now that the user right gives the right to use “send mail” from his account.

I think its not good that a 3party, Contact as “external user”
Can use “send mail” from his user card,
He can also select different “sender from”.
tested on Dolibarr 7.0.1 and 8.0.0
