logo is not show in PDF

Using my Dolibarr

i get this error in my PDF for shipment bu it is there and also on disc in right folder

Logo file ‘/var/lib/dolibarr/documents/mycompany/logos/NEMpantone032.PNG’
was not found
Go to ‘Company/Organization’ setup to fix this

Hello,
Do you get it on other models, like invoices or orders?

i found that i make a copy of old logo on that location where it write it cant find it and then install it again

Have you tried re-importing the logo from Home > Setup > Company/Organization > add logo again? I ask this because the import creates three files in total.
