Whenever a sales create a third party, assigned to sales representative is always empty when “Extend access to all third parties” is not active. Thus when a sales representative create a third party, it will go to permission error page.

Did you check the permission for the user who is logged in?
yes we did, they have permission for third party creation only extended permission is disabled

Yes the issue still persist in 8.0.2
