Public ticket site shows Paypal footer

I’m thrilled to see the new Ticket feature in version 10. I set it up right away. The publicly facing page shows, but strangely, in its footer it shows the message I set up in the Paypal module:

Would you guys agree that this looks like a bug?

Thanks for reporting this bug. Here is the GitHub issue number #11470 and pull request to fix the issue #11471
