the new tickets in version 10 is great and can be used by logged in users from the back end all is working fine but on the public facing pages when you click new ticket it goes no where from what we can tell the seems to be field missing somewhere in code something like add_ticket ??
Thanks for your reply. Please i have noticed that even in version 11.0.4; i still can not create a ticket from the public link. Its saying : Email can’t be found in our database; even when the customer or vendor already in the database.
