Ref. Customer in Billing/Payment list not visible

since I upgraded from 9.x to 10.0.1
Only certain user don’t see the Ref. Customer in Billing/Payment overview list anymore.

How can this be fixed?

Are you sure that you have something on the invoice card ?

I have 2 users in this system. 1 user is perfectly fine and sees the Ref column and the other doesn’t.
Both are administrators.

I tried the upgrade to 10.0.2 to no avail.
The problem remains.

Exactly the same problem here but in the invoice list. Ref are missing.

What if the user tries a different browser?

Could you open the menu on the three dots on the right ?
Select the Ref ?
What is selected?
I think it kept a old preference

Please have a look at the displayed column selector (triple bar on the right of the list header). Column was renamed from facnumber to ref in 10.0 but your display preferences were not migrated to reflect this change.

This was it. Solved the problem. Misleading behavior though because title was shown and no content.
Deselecting Ref and selecting it again solved the problem.
