Are there any plans for a Dolibarr - OpenCart integration module? Or is there one already?

Can’t seem to find anything or anyone willing to do it 
have anyone tried this module for OpenCart? Apparently it works with OpenCart as per Dolibarr Wiki but it looks like it hasn’t been updated for a while…
That’s the problem. It is not updated with Dolibarr or even the recent OpenCart versions.
EUR90 is a lot of money for a module which is hardly updated and doesn’t properly specify (in English) the features. The worst thing is there are no screenshots.

Maybe he/she is interested in helping out.
I’m looking into creating and maintaining Opencart -> Dolibarr integration and will be creating rock solid code that is well tested since we’ll be using it in production ourselves. Since we’re using it daily the project will see maintenance as opposed to projects where a developer creates and moves to a next project.
Roadmap
It will only pull through pricing and descriptions and from Dolibarr to Opencart at first.
And then orders from Opencart into Dolibarr.
It will grow as the project matures.
