After activated newly created module, It is not enabled in Top Menu

Hello Team,

I am using Dolibarr 12.0 in my application. I have created one module using the module builder icon and activated it. But it does not enable in my top menu bar.
So please can you help me, how to enable it in my top menu? Due to this issue, I could not do any thing in my module.

strange!
Sometimes it happened to me that I modified the module descriptor, perhaps deleting lines, and I had problems.
I would start over with a new descriptor.
