# Always show product variants

I have enabled the “product variants” module in my dolibarr installation.  
Is there a way to always show the variants in the product list by default?  
When searching for a product, I always need to check the box on top to show variants and then search again.

Maybe a special variable which could be set? In the documentation I found no hint so far.

Unluckily no. It’s no query parameter so the URL is not updated when toggling the parameter.

I meant internal dolibarr bookmarks

and yes it does work

**products\_with\_variants**  
/product/list.php?sortfield=p.ref&sortorder=ASC&search\_type=0&limit=25&search\_category\_product\_list\_multiselect=1&search\_show\_childproducts=on&search\_options\_project\_id=-1&search\_tosell=-1&search\_tobuy=-1

I think that this is the needed part of the URL

_&search\_show\_childproducts=on_
