# Bugs in the list of fixed notifications

- Database: [MySQL or MariaDB 5.5.59-cll]

In the EMail notification module setup I have found several bugs highlighted in the attachment.

1. Supplier order should be validated, not recorded
2. Intervention label describe the key
3. Module expense report has a “holiday\_validate” and “holiday\_approve” codes
