Cant filter tickets by category/tags

Hello, I dont know if I’m missing something, but I cant filter tickets by Tags in ticket list. I can filter them by “type” or “Ticket group”. But then I dont know why there is possibility to tag ticket. We would like to use tags as filter. Is there any settings available? Or do I need to make changes in code? I have some experience with PHP, but… you know.

A good way to manage this is using “Ticket Groups”.

  1. you must fot to Setup / Dictionaries to create a list of “ticket groups”.
  2. they act as “categories” do: you can assign each ticket a “ticket group”
  3. then on ticket list you can apply filters, on that column :grin:
