Dolibarr 15 New Install Can't Login

Hi there,

I’m trying out Dolibarr 15.0.3 and have installed it on ubuntu 22.04.

The install works and I can set the admin user but once I go to the login screen I try to login as admin and get the message: “Security token has expired, so action has been canceled, Please try again”.

It’s a new install, not an upgrade, so I don’t think it is a bug similar to previous users with the error and old modules installed before an upgrade.

I also can’t get past the login screen, so can’t go in and check anything.

Does anyone have any info on how to overcome this or know where I might have gone wrong (followed the install instructions but is there soemthing I missed)?

It happened to me too, I solved it by uninstalling a custom module.
It is definitely not your case, but if you search on this forum, you will find a series of possible interventions

The issue could be that Ubunutu 22.04 came with PHP V8.
And Dolibarr V15 is not yet compatible PHP V8

Thank you both. I’ve installed Dolibarr on Ubuntu 20.04 and all seems to be working as expected :slight_smile:
