I installed a fresh ver 21.0.1 on Inmotion web server. Both Mysql Version & Php are ok and I had created an empty conf.php file. however, both Security token expired & conf.php error message keep pop up. is there any tutorial video shown how to fix these type of issue?

I was following the instructions from Sourceforge

> **[Dolibarr ERP - CRM - Browse Files at SourceForge.net](https://sourceforge.net/projects/dolibarr/files/)**
>
> Open source ERP and CRM web software for business

- Set up your web server to use `dolibarr/htdocs` as root if your web server does not already define a directory to point to.
- Create an empty `htdocs/conf/conf.php` file and set _write_ permissions for your web server user (_write_ permission will be removed once install is finished)
if not empty, what it should be in the file?
I found a file conf.php.example in the htdocs/conf folder. is it some coding that I need to follow?

please help.. i m confused. Thansk so much

okay, maybe I was mistaken. After Dolibarr is configured and ready to use, then conf.php should not be empty. My conf.php is not empty, but I also use the docker image

Once the empty conf.php has been created, go on url of your server. This should start the install process to install dolibarr and that will fill the conf.php file.
You can force call of the install process by caling url /install
