# Help Needed: Managing POS Commands and Order Status Workflow in Dolibarr

Hello Dolibarr Community,

I need guidance on how to properly manage POS (Point of Sale) commands in Dolibarr. I’m trying to understand the complete workflow for order status management.

## Current Understanding of Order States:

1. **Order Creation** - Initial order entry
2. **Command in Preparation** - Order being processed/prepared
3. **Command Done** - Order completed/fulfilled

## Questions:

- How do I effectively navigate through these different order states in the POS module?
- Are there specific steps or best practices for transitioning between these statuses?
- What are the key features I should be using to streamline this workflow?
- Are there any common pitfalls to avoid when managing POS commands?

## Context:

I’m looking to optimize our order management process and ensure we’re following the proper workflow from order creation through completion.
