that depends on your system platform.

I am a little worried that you want to run Dolibarr - or any other system, because I think that your question reveals that maybe you are not so technical?

How will you fix issues when you run into any issues?

As @jonbendtsen has said, there are several different ways to install Dolibarr. In this link below you will find official recommendations about some of them, and detailed instructions:
