Hello all,
i am very new to dolibarr and i set up Version 16.0.0.1 on a Windows Client (Doliwamp).
This project is in a pilot phase at our company and we are testing an edditing it for our needings.
So i managed the first steps to setup dolibarr and some modules.
I build own odt templates an all working well.
Today i installed the ticket modul and it worked fine. I can create tickets and inform the people with an email.
Now i want to edit the text in the email and i cant find where to do it.
Am i blind.
Searching all Day and cant find it.
Maybe sb can help me out with a quick guide.
