# Trouble make order from supplyer

i have just upgrade from V13.0.3 to V14.0.0 and i have now get this Error when try to make new order to dealer “Failed to insert event : Unknown column ‘num\_vote’ in ‘field list’”

there is actually also problem with order and invoice see picture of error

and also in my tryout installation
