Hello everyone,

When I’m logging in as Administrator I cannot click on the Users and Group module that is installed by default.
In the Module manager it is shown as disabled.
I’m not able to edit or manage users at this moment.

Can someone please help me out here?

May this module can be activated manually somehow

> Hello forum, I have been searching the entire internet for several hours now, but I am unable to resolve an error. The user and group selection is grayed out and cannot be activated. Since I thought there might be problems with the installation, I reinstalled everything with a new database, but unfortunately the error persists. I can create a new user through alternative means, but I cannot manage it. I hope you can help me with this.

I cannot access password resets, add new users or any groups. I go to the module itself and it says that it’s ‘Disabled’. How do I fix this? This is on a test server (thankfully). I installed the update on the test server before updating the production server. This also does this on a fresh install as well. Installation is done through…

I used the instructions on marius hosting to install on my synology and can’t seem to find where to get help with this. The web editor code for portainer version is saying version: “3.9”, if I wanted to load 16.0.4 instead what should the version number be?

Hello @ksar ,

Thanks for the fast response and have a nice day!
