User information appearing in front in all screen

Hi there,
I am new to Dolibarr and have installed version 8 on windows 10 and working fine.
I recently upgraded to version 10.
I cannot find a way to remove the user Icon and information from the screen as per attached file. On version 8 I did not have this problem.
Any tips or help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,

Try with eldy theme.
You are using a custom template, that is not supporting th V10
