# Users and groups can't activelted

Hello forum,

I have been searching the entire internet for several hours now, but I am unable to resolve an error. The user and group selection is grayed out and cannot be activated.

Since I thought there might be problems with the installation, I reinstalled everything with a new database, but unfortunately the error persists. I can create a new user through alternative means, but I cannot manage it.

I hope you can help me with this.
