Is it possible to add translation variables with %s parameters, in email templates or notifications ?

For instance, I would like to add this key `ClickHereToGoTo` which corresponds to `Click here to go to %s` in emails, but `__(ClickHereToGoTo)__` doesn’t seem to accept parameters. Is it possible ?
