Why is Products tags not showing up?

Fresh v22-install. Added a test product and a test tag for this product. Clicking the tag brings me to the tag editor, but when clicking “Back to types of category” the “Products” tags can not be seen.

This looks like a display issue with the category/tags interface in v22. The product tags are actually there (since you can access the tag editor), but the “Products” section isn’t showing up in the main category types view.

First thing to check is your user permissions - make sure you have read rights on products and categories in your user setup. Go to Users & Groups > your user > Rights tab and verify the Product/Service permissions are enabled.

Also worth checking if this might be a theme-related display bug. Try switching to the default Eldy theme temporarily to see if the Products section appears there. Sometimes custom themes can hide certain interface elements.

You could also try refreshing the category cache by going to Setup > Other setup > Purge cache, or simply do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) on the category page.

If none of that works, this might be a known issue in v22. I’d suggest checking the GitHub issues for similar reports, and if you don’t find anything, consider opening a new issue there with your screenshots.

The tags functionality should work fine even if the display is wonky - you can still manage product tags through the product sheets directly or by accessing the tag URLs manually.
