2 - Create a page for your module on  wiki.dolibarr.org. Copy an example of an already existing external module so your page will appear into index page https://wiki.dolibarr.org/index.php/Category:Complementary_modules

3 - If you have your own wiki or video, you can put link into this page too. This will provide you valuable backlinks.

4 - Repeat for other languages (one page per language)
