After updating from 3.6.2 to 3.7 i get error “Duplicate entry ‘1’ for key ‘idx_expedition_uk_ref’” when verifying a shipment. Result is that no shipment slip / pdf is generated.
I tried swapping method.
After swapping, generation works only once.
Do you use ‘Ribera’ numbering generation for shipments, if yes how is your mask defined.
Noop, I use Safor
Switched to Ribera gives a work-a-round.
Few days ago I had a similar error with other module, (margin), maybe the solution is the same, must backup your database before any change.
