Ticket from forward email

How do I create tickets from forwarding emails?

Hi,
I use the e-mail-collect module to create tickets, you could then move mails to the mail account or send direct to the collecting mail adress.

Let me explain better: the email you collect tickets is support@blabla.com
It happened to me that some of my customers sent me emails to this inbox that they wanted to become tickets, but this didn’t happen.
