New module "Paid Leave" in Dolistore

This module, as its name suggests, allows you to manage your employees paid leave (registered users in Dolibarr). It notably includes a workflow validation system, tracking leave yet available, mail notifications, a monthly general report, a configuration page to declare those that validate and add specific holidays (weddings...).
